If you wish to initiate a return, kindly adhere to the guidelines provided below. Please note that it's essential to send back items within 14 days from the date of receipt.

For items being returned within the United Kingdom:

As we currently aren't able to offer complimentary returns, a postage fee will be deducted from your refund. To determine the applicable postage fee, refer to your order confirmation email for parcel size details:

Standard parcel: £6
Large parcel: £10
Fragile parcel: £25
For International Returns:

If you're returning items from outside the UK: 

Please reach out to our team at royal.circus.supply@gmail.com to facilitate the process. Keep in mind that on international returns, you're responsible for arranging shipping through a DDP service (delivery duty paid), covering the associated costs.

Exchanges:

Should you wish to exchange an item, promptly notify us at royal.circus.supply@gmail.com. We're here to assist you. Make sure to send back the goods within 14 days of receiving them.

Addressing Faulty Items:

Our commitment to quality is evident in our handmade products crafted from organic materials. Variations between orders and minor deviations from images are possible due to the nature of our artisanal creations. If you notice any damage to the items in your order upon arrival, please inform us immediately by emailing royal.circus.supply@gmail.com. We'll work diligently to facilitate an exchange.
